Flor Nordine's journey into the world of chocolate began 39 years ago during a transformative trip through Europe. While visiting Italy, she became intrigued by the abundant varieties of rich creamy gelatos and the unique different regional ways in which they were prepared. She befriended a well know gelato maker in Sicily, who’s family had been making the tasty treat for 140 years and they were excited to teach her their techniques. In Belgium, she became captivated by the artistry and tradition of Old World chocolate making. Inspired by the rich flavors, time-honored techniques, the passion of the chocolatiers she encountered, and the fact that her husband was a chocolate fanatic, Flor knew she had discovered her calling. Determined to master the skill, she sought out and learned from some of Belgium’s most renowned chocolate makers. That dedication evolved into a lifelong pursuit, culminating in the creation of Oh My Chocolates in 2010—a reflection of her love for classic Italian gelato, Belgium chocolate artistry and her commitment to sharing them with others.

For over a decade, Oh My Chocolates has been a beloved fixture in Downtown West Palm Beach, known for its hand-crafted chocolates, small-batch gelato, and warm, personal service. Founded by a husband-and-wife duo with a passion for fine chocolate and old-world craftsmanship, this family-owned shop was born from a simple idea: to bring joy and indulgence to every customer, one handmade treat at a time.

Their story began with a marble slab and a vision — to create artisan confections the traditional way, by hand, without shortcuts and uniques fanciful gelato flavors. Every chocolate is crafted on-site, tempered on marble, and made in small batches using premium ingredients like rich fruit purees, fine spices, and select liquors. This dedication to authenticity and quality quickly earned Oh My Chocolates a loyal following among locals and visitors alike.
